The Town of Parker is in need of volunteers to help with the behind the scenes details of the Mayor's Holiday Lighting on Friday, November 29, 2019. Help the Town usher in the holidays at this annual tradition at O'Brien park the Friday after Thanksgiving.

We are seeking volunteers to assist us with hole punching of participant scavenger hunt keys at various stations throughout the park. Volunteers will be standing most of the evening but at a stationed location so can feel free to bring folding lawn chairs if they would like. Your volunteer time for this event is very crucial to the success of the event. We thank you for giving of your time and hope you will have fun as well. With that being said, if for any reason you are not able to fulfill your volunteer assignment, please contact Brooke Spain as soon as you are able to so that we are able to work on other help.

Ice Sculpture and Sponsor Station Volunteers: There are various stations that volunteers will be needed at. Each of the Ice Sculpture and Sponsor stations will need at least one adult to sign up. The second slot can be someone 14 years of age or older as long as they are accompanied by a registered adult volunteer.. Families are encouraged to come together and we will gladly put anyone to work that is willing to come. Only those 14 and over need to register. The others can come along for the fun and we will gladly put them to work with you at your station or they can enjoy the event while you have fun at your station!

The Stage Volunteers: Must be 16 or older. Stage Volunteers will assist the Stage Production Event Staff. Some responsibilities will include: assisting behind the stage with high school choir staging and helping to keep the general public out of the staging area.

All positions are one-night (Fri. Nov. 23) from 4:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
